The name 4B's stands for Bent & Buckled Bikies Bureau, with the idea being to offer injured riders support during their stays in hospital. This is a side of motorcycling often ignored, but the 4B's, with regular visits, distribution of magazines and friendly support, try to make it as easy as possible.

David Duffin "Congrats to all the organisers, Police & participants. I participated in the Cranbourne Toy Run today & had a great run in. What a sight. I could just see the Police bikes up in the distance, but looking in the mirrors, I couldn't see the end! What a turnout! Didn't realise just how big it really I was until leaving an...d saw all the bikes outside from the other runs that couldnt park inside. Williamstown absolutely full of bikes. WOW!!!"
